4+ years in digital and print design

Qualification: We need smart brains not certified ones. We look for creative people, not degrees.

Timings: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

We’re looking for:

  • A skilled Associate Creative Director based in Bangalore (or ready to move).
  • Has a good understanding of the end-to-end branding and visual Identity processes and knows the exact amount of time and effort needed in each step.
  • Has a good understanding of graphic design principles and typography.
  • Has experience in leading a team of designers and guiding the design process.
  • Capable of designing and guiding and an expert in all creative cloud apps.
  • If you’re good at photography and video shoots, it's a bonus on your salary.

Your role:

  • Developing a visual language from scratch for branding projects. This includes forming a questionnaire to execute each bit of the brand with the team till making the brand guidelines. 
  • Setting up a brand language and designing its collateral is a key ability of yours.
  • Partner closely with the Creative Director to come up with creative concepts for advertising campaigns.
  • You need to have the capabilities to bring in a great experience for the customer journey. You have to think of design in all mediums. How the brand would look and feel in-store, on the website, and on the ads. Each bit of it should be well thought out.
  • Bringing in new experiences or ideas for brands and establishing a high recall value for them must be a key intent while branding.
  • You will be coordinating with external vendors/resources and managing the execution of the design projects.
  • You will be monitoring and directing the photography projects.
  • You need to bring new ideas to the table and not copy stuff from other places.
  • You will be leading a team and coordinating with them to execute your ideas which are discussed with the creative director or your senior. 
  • You have to assign tasks to your team on an everyday basis on the “ClickUp App” and make sure that they are on track with the timelines.
  • You have to make sure that you maintain the quality of the work by implementing the right systems in place.
  • You have to coordinate with an account manager who will be communicating with the client to arrange the brief calls. You have to take the briefs directly or assign people from your team so that you don't lose out on the quality of the work.
  • You have to visit the client's place to plan the execution of the designs.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends. You should at least be following awwwards.com, Behance, creative bloq, etc. Sourcing custom & quality design references for the client should be a piece of cake for you.
