We handcraft and grow brands with our services, which include designing logos from scratch to building a complete visual identity, website design, advertising, social media marketing, media planning, photography, and videos. We also provide consultation and strategic business development solutions for our clients.

We're a small yet mighty team of designers, artists, and writers. Rohit Dhongade, founder and creative director, founded Mellow Designs in 2018 as he observed the dire need for creative, high-quality design. We still believe in the same values. Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our management team! Your main duty will be to onboard clients, manage them end-to-end and help them achieve their creative requirements. You need to have fantastic communication skills and good design sense to make our clients stand out by upselling our flagship services with the right case studies on their faces.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Investigate and determine clients' wants and needs
  • Communicating with clients and coordinating with the internal team for creatives
  • Follow up with everyone till the Earth stops rotating.
  • Manage the projects in ClickUp, maintain project roadmaps, coordinate with the creative team and get the clients’ requirements done within the deadlines
  • Raise tickets if you observe any roadblocks in the company
  • Guide your internal creative team on the entire design process and get the work done smoothly without any roadblocks, by finding solutions and executing the projects within timelines.
  • Collaborate with teams and clients to track project progress.
  • Engage with managers and help them define project scopes and objectives aligned with organisational goals.
  • Break down project and feedback into actionable tasks and establish timelines.
  • Actively participate in meetings, capture essential action items in meeting minutes, and keep track of communication.
  • Familiarise with or learn project management tools for efficient workflow.
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring timely follow-up with teams and clients.
  • Bring creativity to project planning and execution.
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn and efficiency in tasks.
  • Support the Project Manager Lead in developing project management documents.
  • Coordinate with teams and clients to obtain approvals and feedback.
  • Schedule and organise team and client meetings efficiently.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to achieve project deliverables.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1 year of working experience as a Project Manager and customer service and has a keen interest in branding, design & marketing
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of dealing with the clients end-to-end
  • Have good exposure (or experience) in Graphic Design, UI Design, Packaging Design, Motion Design, Illustration Design, Typography, UX Research and all Design Principles or ready to learn.
  • Someone who is based in Bangalore (or ready to move).
  • Should have a ready laptop
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good time-management skills
  • Be thorough and pay attention to detail
  • Persistence and determination
  • Leadership and motivational skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, is a Tech Savy.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adhere to deadlines.
