4+ years in a design studio, advertising agency, or media house.

You will be working closely with our design team and editors to give life to the creatives. We expect you to make sure that the desired output is achieved as per the brief given to you. Most importantly, being in a senior position, you have to lead a team of junior copywriters, content writers, content creators and social media managers.

Raise the bar.

  • Continuously raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action
  • Comfortably vary voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by the industry, company, or target audience at hand
  • Stay updated on industry trends and insights, and use them in your work to improve quality
  • Possess a strong understanding of design thinking and the design process

Bonus points if you

  1. Have a sense of humour as sharp as a well-placed comma in a sentence.
  2. Have the ability to explain NFTs to your grandma without using the word ‘blockchain’.
  3. Have great stalking skills for social media, not for your ex, but to keep an eye on the best social media trends.
  4. Have worked at an advertising agency before.
  5. Keep an eye out on the coolest things happening in the world of design (Branding, Packaging & UI/UX) & advertising.
  6. Can incorporate Hindi in your copy.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through the execution of assigned brands
  • Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences, through online & primary research, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts
  • Lead a team of juniors and coordinate with the creative team with good managerial and soft skills.
  • Present concepts to the creative director and team you’re working with. Participate in client pitches occasionally
  • Ideate ad campaigns & write video/ad film scripts and static ad copies as per the campaign.
  • Ideate and conceptualize narratives for brands including setting their tone and personality (Packaging, websites, social media)
  • Present concepts and scripts for performance marketing ads (motion graphics, videos, and static ads)
  • Conceptualize creative ideas to create engaging content on social media (only for Mellow)
  • Suggest and implement new ideas to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
